I launched my first web development business in 2001 — no funding, no coding skills, just raw curiosity and ambition. I was still in college. Since that moment, I’ve worn many hats across industries, solving problems, building teams, and learning lessons that shaped the strategist I am today.

I’ve founded and led two award-winning digital agencies — Krombera and Kroppa — partnering with global brands like Nike, Netflix, Vodafone, Intel, P&G, IKEA, Coca-Cola, Nestle Waters and Burger King. Across these collaborations, I developed thousands of creative ideas, pitched bold campaigns, and led exceptional teams who made them better than I ever imagined.

The marketing, branding, and strategy advice I’ve offered — to both startups and established giants — has helped generate real growth. With my teams, I’ve built multi-million-dollar digital campaigns that didn’t just look good — that worked.

Even now, I wake up driven by the same mission: to create meaningful value for the brands I work with under the Kroppa roof.

Though my official title is Agency President, I’m a generalist at heart — a strategic problem-solver who’s obsessed with how brands grow, how people connect, and how marketing works. Over the years, I’ve faced and fixed hundreds of branding, marketing, and communication challenges.

I’ve always been endlessly curious. I read, watch, test, experiment. I collect ideas across disciplines and turn them into insights that move people and markets. I’ve shared those lessons through articles, podcasts, videos, and newsletters.

At 42, I decided to open a new chapter. To step outside the agency model and speak directly to curious minds like mine.

That’s how Buraksu.com was born — a weekly, bite-sized newsletter that blends strategic thinking, storytelling, and creative inspiration. I write regularly about marketing, branding, and cultural shifts — always with a focus on clarity, creativity, and application.

Alongside my writing, I’m developing a brand-building model called FRAME — a flexible, digital-first system designed to help any product or service stand out and scale. Some of my essays are directly tied to this framework.

As a founder, I also know what it takes to build a company from scratch — and turn it into something real, profitable, and sustainable. It’s one of the hardest things anyone can do. And surprisingly, many great products fail not because of the tech — but because no one knows how to sell them.

I’ve worked closely with founders and product teams to fix that. I’ve helped build marketing strategies, launch campaigns, and deliver results — from brand story to performance ads. We’ve sold great products, built new businesses, and created real jobs along the way.

I continue to mentor entrepreneurs, collaborate with marketers, and share what I’ve learned as openly as I can.

In addition to Learn from Bruce and its Turkish copy Learn from Burak, I also publish insights at TheExecutives.net, where I and a team of talented team about tech, AI, and the future of marketing — for people who like to stay a few steps ahead.
